C | 加强对异地休渔船舶、捕捞辅助船、养殖渔船、休闲渔船等重点涉渔船舶，以及易发违法违规行为的从业人员的日常监管，防范其从事非法捕捞活动。六是以岸控海强化渔港码头监管。加强渔港码头巡查和坞修渔船管理，依法从严处罚违规出海作业行为。溯源倒查船舶修造环节，配合有关部门查处非法修造船舶行为。七是严厉打击快艇涉渔违法活动。加强重点水域巡航值守，在重点港口、停泊点派驻执法力量进行常态化值守，第一时间精准查处违法行为。八是串并深挖打击涉渔犯罪行为。加强基础信息摸排和情报信息搜集研判，及时发现案件线索，全过程、全环节、全链条打击整治涉嫌组织化、团伙化违法犯罪活动。
